How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

If you purchase any paid plan and decide StoreElevate isn't right for your store within 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted automatically. Features above your new plan tier become read-only — historical data stays visible but you can't create new entries in locked modules. Upgrading again immediately restores full access.

What does "1 add-on module" on Pro mean?

Pro includes 1 add-on spoke of your choice — AR, POS, Payments, Inventory, Fulfillment, or Marketing — at no extra charge. Additional spokes can be purchased à la carte. Business includes all 6 at once, which is better value for most stores.

Can I use one licence on a staging site?

Yes. Staging and development environments using a local or *.test / *.local domain do not count against your site limit. Each production domain consumes one licence seat.

How does licence activation work?

After purchase you'll receive a licence key by email. Paste it into StoreElevate → Settings → Licence in your WordPress admin. The plugin validates your key, determines your plan, and unlocks the appropriate modules within seconds. Checks are cached for 24 hours so your store stays functional even if our API is briefly unavailable.

Do prices include VAT / tax?

Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout depending on your billing country. EU businesses can enter a VAT number at checkout to apply the reverse charge mechanism.

I'm an agency — can I resell StoreElevate?

The Agency plan allows white-labelling — rebrand the entire UI under your own brand and include it in client deliverables. The GPL-2.0 licence also permits redistribution. Contact us if you need a custom reseller arrangement or volume pricing.
